You took the photo on site but missed the watermark.
Or it already has one, but the time or address needs a correction.
TimemarkEdit helps you complete or correct time, location, and GPS details on existing photos, making real on-site records clearer and easier to organize.
1. Complete a Photo You Already Took
Field work moves quickly. You take a photo and move on, then notice later that the watermark is missing, the timestamp is slightly off, the location pin landed nearby, or an existing stamp needs an update.
There is no need to retake a useful photo because one detail was missing. Add a watermark to an existing photo or update the time and place on a photo that already has one.
2. Update the Watermark and EXIF Together
Choose a photo, then set the date, time, address, and GPS information it should display. If it already has a watermark, clean up the old stamp and replace it with updated details.
The change is not visual only. When you save, the watermark and the photo's EXIF capture time, GPS latitude, GPS longitude, and location data change together. Previous values are rewritten using the details you set.
Core capabilities:
• Add or adjust time, address, GPS, map, and weather
• Replace an existing watermark with updated details
• Choose from more than 100 watermark designs
• Mark details with text, arrows, boxes, brushes, and magnifiers
You can also take new watermarked photos directly in TimemarkEdit.
3. Keep an Unwatermarked Copy in Cloud Album
When Cloud Album is enabled, an unwatermarked copy of the original TimemarkEdit camera capture is synced to the cloud separately from the finished watermarked photo.
Need a different time, address, or watermark later? Download the unwatermarked photo during its retention period and create another version.
The cloud copy helps reduce the risk of losing a photo if your phone is damaged, replaced, or accidentally cleared. After confirming the upload, you may remove the local copy to reduce device storage use.
Cloud photos are retained for 60 days. You can download or delete them during that period. Deleted photos remain in the Recycle Bin for 24 hours before permanent removal. Automatic sync can be turned off in Settings.
4. Made for Real On-Site Records
Useful for construction progress, property inspections, equipment maintenance, cleaning, deliveries, store visits, project handovers, travel, and other real-world situations.
Add a missed watermark, correct an address, update an existing stamp, or download an unwatermarked cloud copy and prepare it again.
The photo is already there. Complete the record.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Can I edit a photo that already has a watermark?
Yes. Clean up the old watermark, add a new one, and set its time, address, and GPS location. Only edit photos you own or have permission to modify.
Q2. Does editing also change the information stored inside the photo?
Yes. The visible watermark and the photo's EXIF capture time, GPS coordinates, and location information change together. Previous values are replaced with the details you set. Keep a backup if you need the earlier information.
Q3. What if the detected address is inaccurate?
Search for a place, choose a position on the map, or edit the address. Once confirmed, the watermark and the GPS and location information stored in the photo are updated together.
Q4. What does Cloud Album store, and can I delete it?
It stores an unwatermarked copy of photos captured with TimemarkEdit. During the retention period, you can download it, add another watermark, or delete it.
The work already happened. Do not let a missing watermark or small information error make a useful photo harder to use.
